Our communication strategies include community management, marketing communications, interactive teasers and outbound campaigns. We also fully utilize the communication potential of your Learning Management System (LMS) to engage at every point of contact.

VPS provides 24/7 support for your learners. VPS maintains full-service inbound and outbound centers supporting learners in over 28 languages where and when they need it.

Our services can be scaled and applied to any type of event. Our Workflow Management System (WMS) automates most aspects of logistics management; from contracting and vendor management; to final delivery of service. Resource schedules for instructors, rooms and equipment can be managed directly in the system and external resources are contacted using automatic email notifications from which they can confirm their availability in one click. Should a resource be unavailable, an alternative is automatically allocated. Once the logistics plan is confirmed, the system routes events for scheduling in the Learning Management System (LMS). Additionally, we provide a range of training facilities management services to provide comprehensive training resource management services.

We provide comprehensive financial management of learning, including managing costs and budgets on your behalf or to route transactions through a WMS approval process. Comprehensive financial reporting, including key metrics, such as planned costs and spending against budget, allows you to keep track of your finances and make data-driven decisions. Our invoice, billing and payment processing service modules can be added to provide a complete solution in this area. 

VPS is experienced in working with large data sets to identify, measure and analyze key metrics to build and design reports that give you strategic insights and add value to your business. We achieve this by unifying, simplifying and giving integrity to your data by transforming it into formats that are easy to use and understand.
